1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at infinotechservices.com or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2 Services Provided

Infino Tech Services provides the following digital services:

• Web Design and Redesign
• Web Development
• Logo Design and Business Logo Design
• Branding and Brand Identity
• Landing Page Design
• Digital Consultancy

All services are subject to the terms outlined in individual project agreements, proposals, or invoices agreed upon between Infino Tech Services and the client.

3 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A 50% deposit is required before any project work commences.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before final files or website are delivered.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except as outlined in our refund policy.

4 Project Revisions

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be clearly communicated in writing. Additional revisions beyond those included in the agreed package may be subject to additional fees at our standard hourly rate.

Revisions are defined as modifications to the existing approved design direction. Requests for a completely new design concept may be treated as a new project.

5 Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. Infino Tech Services retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
• Use project examples in case studies and social media content.

Infino Tech Services retains ownership of all source files, working files, and preliminary designs that were not included in the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials required for project completion.
• Review and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure that all content and materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Indemnify Infino Tech Services against any claims arising from client-provided content.

7 Limitation of Liability

Infino Tech Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use our services.
• Any errors or omissions in content provided by the client.
• Third-party service failures (hosting, domain registrars, payment processors).
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability to any client for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8 Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation:

• If the client cancels before work begins, the deposit may be refunded minus any administrative fees.
• If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and payment for work completed to date may be required.
• Infino Tech Services reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to fulfill payment obligations or acts in bad faith.

9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brooklyn, New York.

10 Changes to Terms

Infino Tech Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
